In our small group personal training, it’s all about you. You have your own workout, based on you and your goals, that meets you where you’re at. It’s personalized like one-on-one training, but you’re sharing a coach who makes sure you get the most out of every exercise — without banging up your body in the process.
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Prefer a more private setting? With 1-on-1 training, your coach’s full attention is on you. Every session is guided step by step so you can train safely, build confidence, and reach your goals at your own pace.
Bridge to Flexibility
Feeling stiff or achy? With a BridgeFit Movement Specialist guiding you 1-on-1, you’ll improve flexibility, balance, and posture so you can move freely, avoid injury, and get more out of every workout.
